At ANSIPPA, we are committed to fostering an open, transparent, and responsive environment for investors, businesses, and the wider community. Our Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) provides a formal channel through which individuals, communities, and stakeholders can raise concerns or complaints regarding ANSIPPA-supported projects, policies, or activities.

The GRM is designed to ensure that any grievances are addressed promptly, fairly, and transparently. Whether you are directly impacted by a project or have concerns about potential adverse effects, ANSIPPA is here to listen and respond constructively.

Purpose of GRM

To enhance accountability and transparency in all ANSIPPA initiatives.

To provide timely and effective resolution of complaints.

To promote stakeholder engagement and trust.

To prevent potential conflicts and ensure responsible project implementation.

What You Can Report

Land acquisition or resettlement issues.

Environmental or social impacts of projects.

Delays in project implementation.

Contractual or service delivery concerns.

Any actions or decisions perceived as unfair or harmful.

How to Submit a Complaint

We encourage all stakeholders to use our Grievance Redress Form to submit their concerns.

What to Expect

Acknowledgement

You will receive confirmation of receipt within 24hrs business days.

Review

Your grievance will be assessed to determine next steps.

Response

We aim to provide a resolution or clear response within 7 working days of acknowledgment.
